Budget Priorities 

  • Evaluate instructional initiatives and align funding to ensure support of those necessary for the attainment of all local, state and federal accountability expectations;
  • Maintain competitive salaries and benefits to ensure our ability to recruit and retain a highly qualified workforce;
  • Address major capital needs to ensure maintenance of facilities and protection of division  investments; and
  • Continue investing in the technological infrastructure to expand our ability to prepare students to function in a cutting edge environment.

•·         January 12, 2012  - Public Input Hearing on Budget Priorities/Budget Work Session - 7:00 p.m.    

•·         January 19, 2012 - Budget update to Classified Advisory Committee

•·         January 23, 2013 - Budget Update to Student Advisory Committee 11:00 a.m.

•·         February 2, 2012 - Budget Work Session - 10:00 a.m.

•·         February 8, 2012 - Budget Update to Division Advisory Committee

•·         February 20, 2012 - Budget Update to Parent Advisory Committee - POSTPONED DUE TO INCLEMENT WEATHER

•·         February 28, 2012 - Joint Budget Work Session with Board of Supervisors - 5:00 p.m.
