There will be two performances this year! 12:00 and 4:00 p.m.
Henry County Public Schools will provide a platform for all students to perform and showcase fine arts to the community.

Elementary Acts 4:30-5:30 (Solo acts chosen from elementary schools)
Choral Ensemble 4:30-6:30

Ways for Students to Participate
Choral Ensemble
Up to 100 students in grades six through twelve will be selected to perform in the Choral Ensemble. The Choral Ensemble will rehearse and perform up to five arrangements at Arts Alive!
Audition Information: November 14 from 4:00-7:00 p.m. at Bassett High School or November 15 from 4:00-7:00 p.m. at Magna Vista High School

Student Choral Ensemble Rehearsal Schedule
Instrumental Jazz Ensemble
Only a small group of students in grades eight through twelve will be selected, based on auditions, to perform with the Instrumental Jazz Ensemble. The Instrumental Jazz Ensemble will rehearse and perform individually and with the Choral Ensemble at Arts Alive!
Audition Information: December 1, 2011 from 4:00-5:30 p.m. at Magna Vista High School

Art Exhibit
Approximately 80 pieces will be selected by a group of community representatives to be showcased at Arts Alive! Artwork must be submitted to the school's office by January 6, 2012. Any medium can be used. Artwork must have the following information on the back -- student name, school, and grade. Students of any age can participate in the Art Exhibit, preschool through twelfth grade.

Dance Ensemble
Students in grades eight through twelve will rehearse and perform selections in Arts Alive! Students will be selected based on auditions.
Audition Information: November 30 from 4:00 to 5:30 p.m. at Bassett High School (Come prepared to learn a routine for auditions.)
