HCS Differentiated Lesson Plans
Welcome to the Henry County Schools' collection of differentiated lesson plans. The teachers in our school district have worked diligently on creating lessons that reach every student in the classroom, no matter the level, interest, or learning style of the student. Lessons are based on pre-assessments at the time of lesson creation. Lesson plans should be modified to meet the needs of your students based on the results of your pre-assessment.
The lessons in this website are listed by grade level, subject, and Standards of Learning. We encourage you to explore other grade level lessons to assist you with meeting the needs of all of your students. Since we build on Standards of Learning each year, grade levels above and below your own contain lesson plans that are based on the same SOL concepts.
Lessons compiled on this site have been reviewed by a team of Lead DI Teachers. These lessons are not copyrighted, but we do ask that you give professional credit to the original author. Henry County Schools retain the right to change the content of the lessons at any point in time.
