    Axton Elementary School Discipline Plan

    Ms. Colston's Third Grade Class

At Axton Elementary School, all of our rules and procedures are based on our 3 core values.
    1) Respect
    2) Responsibility
    3) Readiness

Some examples of what these core values look like in our classroom are:
    1) Respect - Follow your teacher's directions the first time, keep comments to yourself until it is an appropriate time to share, respect adults and other students at school.
    2) Responsibility - Stay on task in the classroom, complete your assignments on time.
    3) Readiness - Come to class prepared to learn with homework and needed materials, bring your fully charged iPad to class daily.

If a student makes a bad choice, the teacher will give a warning first.  If the student makes the same bad choice again, they will receive a tally.
     - If a student receives 4 or less tallies during the week, they will have an "S" as their behavior grade for the week.
     - If a student receives 5 or more tallies during the week, they will have an "N" as their behavior grade for the week.
