Superintendent's Message
Education holds the remarkable power to transform lives, uplift families, and strengthen the future we all share. At Henry County Public Schools, we see this impact every day—in the growth of our students, the dedication of our educators, and the spirit of collaboration that fuels our progress.
This past year, we anchored our work in a clear and steady purpose: structure, strategy, and consistency. We focused on building strong structures to support teaching and learning, implementing evidence-based strategies that drive results, and maintaining consistency in our practices to ensure every student receives a high-quality educational experience—no matter the classroom or school.
Guided by our strategic plan, RISE 2030, we remain firmly rooted in the values of Respect, Integrity, Success, and Equity. These principles are reflected in everything we do and remind us that students come first in HCPS. They are at the center of every decision, every initiative, and every dream we strive to bring to life.
As we look ahead, I’m excited to introduce this year’s theme: Points of Pride. Across our schools, there are countless moments worth celebrating—academic achievements, creative breakthroughs, acts of kindness, and inspiring stories that showcase the best of our community. These Points of Pride reflect the excellence, resilience, and unity that define us.
We invite you to help us tell our story by sharing your own Points of Pride. Whether it’s a photo, a memory, or a success, join us on social media using #ProudOfHCPS. Together, we can spotlight the people and moments that make our division exceptional.
Thank you for your continued partnership, your trust, and your belief in the promise of public education. With your support, we will continue to RISE—together.
