• In an effort to reduce the amount of paperwork families must complete, HCPS families may now enroll new students and verify student information for the current school year on-line. Follow the steps below to ensure your student's information is current in our system.

    In order to complete these forms, you will need the address and contact information of anyone permitted to pick your child up from school and student allergy, medication, physician, and insurance information.
     
    You will need to provide custody documents and proof of residence (or a notarized letter stating proof of residence in the case of living in someone else's home) to the school to complete the process.
     
     
    If your child is a student returning (has previously attended preschool or another grade in one of Henry County's elementary, middle or high schools) to a Henry County school for the 2017-2018 school year, please follow these instructions:

    1. You will need an e-mail address for student data retrieval and to view your child's report card.

    2. Verify your student's information (this process takes the place of the forms typically completed prior to the first day of school).

    If you are enrolling your child for the 2017-2018 school year and your child has NEVER attended a Henry County school, please follow these instructions:

    **If your child has previously attended HCPS at any grade level (including PreK), please contact his/her school before beginning this process.

    3. The student’s Birth Certificate, Immunization Records, Physical, and Proof of Residency must be submitted to your child's school. Acceptable documents to be used as a Proof of Residency include: utility bills, mortgage documents, PSA bills, etc. Please also bring official custody documents (if applicable).
