G.W. Carver Elementary

Greetings GW Carver Families,

 

I am excited to embark on this new journey as the principal of G.W. Carver Elementary School.  I am a native of the area and graduated from Bassett High School.  I've spent the last 19 years teaching and also as a Principal in North Carolina.  I'm excited to be back in the area and continue the legacy of excellence at Carver.  I look forward to building a partnership with your families and our community to continue to grow this great school.  Our goal is to foster a love of learning and create the future leaders of our county.  I have very high expectations for the faculty/staff at G.W. Carver and expect them to hold our students to that same high standard.  Every student deserves our very best every day.  With your support, we will make this the best year ever.
