    Sean Carroll's Mindscape Big Picture Scholarship

    We've recently launched the $10K Sean Carroll's Mindscape Big Picture Scholarship and we'd love to receive more applications across the country. Since the application deadline's coming soon, we're hoping to collaborate with Bassett High School to help fight student debt by sharing the news.

  • Freshman Merit Scholarship Program

    Texas Tech University has just released the 2024-2025 Presidential Merit Scholarship information! Merit Scholarshipawards are guaranteed for qualifying students who are admitted by May 1, 2024. Our goal is to enhance the clarity and accessibility of scholarship information that allows students and families to make well-informed financial decisions.

    • Students will designate if they would like to be considered through our test-optional policy for both admission and scholarships on the application. Once an admission decision has been made, the test-optional designation cannot be change.

  • NEW 2023-2024 - United States Senate Youth Program Scholarships-

    Due September 29 


    VDOE will select two student delegates to represent Virginia in the 62nd Annual United States Senate Youth Program (USSYP) sponsored by the William Randolph Hearst Foundation. Each delegate will receive a $10,000 scholarship and an all-expense-paid trip to Washington, D.C., for Washington Week March 2-9, 2024. Qualified public and private high school Juniors and Seniors may submit an application using the Online Student Application Portal.  All completed applications must be submitted and timestamped by 11:59 p.m. on September 29, 2023.
