Future Business Leaders of America is the co-curricular organization for secondary business education students.  FBLA enhances occupational preparation for business education students by helping them attain several goals.  These goals include increasing self-confidence, strengthening business skills, encouraging efficient money management, promoting civic pride and responsibility, and assisting in setting professional goals.  From this students will become competent business leaders making their transition from school to work with much ease.  Most importantly, FBLA tries to stimulate scholarship with its members.  Some of the activities enjoyed by being a member of the FBLA include attending a fall leadership conference at Virginia Western Comunity College, working with community service projects, taking field trips to different businesses, and participating in our local competition.  In order to become a member of F.B.L.A., a student must be enrolled in a business class for the current year or have taken a business class in the past and pay dues of $12.00.
