    Health & P.E.

     *It is recommended students have some type of physical activity 60 minutes every day.* 

    Monday-Friday (Suggested activities)

    Circuit Training - walk/jog for 10 minutes, 10 jumping jacks, 10 sit ups, 10 push-ups (repeat twice)

    Jump rope (if jump rope is available)

    Walking/Jogging walk 10 minutes, jog for 1 minute, walk for 10 minutes, jog for 1 minute, walk for 10 minutes, jog for 1 minute

    Riding a bike (if available)

    Basketball (playing basketball at your home or at the park)

    Soccer, Volleyball, Baseball/Softball etc


    Other possible at home exercises: Plank for 30 seconds, 50 squats, up & down stairs five times, 30 bicycle crunches, 30 mountain climbers , 30 lunges, 10 burpees, bleacher dips (use a couch/chair at home), wall sits for 30 seconds, high knees for 30 seconds.
