Background: This activity introduces children to how wheels and axles work. The challenge is in problem-solving. Use your imagination and make the perfect sail, air balloon motor, or rubber band motor.

Design Challenge Criteria: MOE CHALLENGE: Return for a race of distance. The teacher will receive the car and share it with the reading team and principal. Your child's name will go on the bottom of the car.
